I can no longer do the job for you here. I have worked =nd done my best all these years and am tired, sick of, frustrated and exha=sted from trying to take care of this Ranch with such obstacles. The treat=ent I have received has been unjust, unfair and downright dis concerning t= me. I will no longer take it as there are other people that feel my job f=r you is not worthy and replaceable and treat me with disrespect. It has been said that "it is easier to replace and start over"=, so they can have their wish and rule your Ranch without me. I would =ppreciate it if you paid me the rest of my vacation that I have not taken.=It is attached. I will leave the company vehicle and keys here on ranch and can be reac=ed by email.
