Catching up
I'm finally back home (Maui). Been on an amazing adventure of my own past month.
In a nut shell:
- We poked our tiny toothpick at the toe of Berger Singerman, and, we NAILED THEM. They were removed from one of
our cases due to conflicts of interest. This was a big blow to them, and will mean others will follow in attacking them on
this point. But this is still Florida, so we have to continue dealing with the conflicts at every turn.
- I threw a www.BILconference.com, and MCed it.

I got a bunch of emails over the past week. Seems you have been "popular" in the news. Didn't anyone warn you never
to touch royalty?
Talk about diseased ridden incest bred neerdowells. I hope you washed your hands each time. :)
When are you available to talk, have one small thing I want to discuss.
