These tend to grow over time. Even i= it is not symptomatic now, it may become symptomatic in the
future. Howeve=, if we wait until it is symptomatic to remove it, it will be much more lar=er then, and more difficult
surgically to do because it is adjacent to crit=cal structures - brachial plexus, major arteries. So, if we think it will g=ow to
the point that it will need to be removed in the future, then it is b=tter to nip it in the bid and remove it now - when it is
surgically easier a=d safer to do.
I will review the scan. He s=ould also be examined in person. That will help guide us as to making the
r=ght decision.
