He's been =ffering it to Russian oligarch for $100,000,000 but know it will go for =ess. Second is prime property in Calistoga, CA, near his vineyard. He =ought it at the behest of the guy who owned Aman resorts. The idea was =o develop into a very high-end resort with private villas. Third is a =uge property in the gold mining area of Nevada. About (900 sq miles) - =0 miles long x 23 miles wide. 550,000 acres leased from the US =overnment; Jacqui owns 130,000 acres outright. Around the time Jobs came back to Apple, Jacqui almost made the =nvestment that was picked up by Gates. He says he had $3 billion in =ash in those days. The property is about 10 miles from Jacqui's Spring Mountain Vineyard in =t. Helena and close to Napa airport. Jacqui has $15,000,000 to $20,000,000 invested. He's looking for =50,000,000 to $60,000,000.
