The food will be really good (Mediterrean, American, etc). We'll have one or two serviers to serve and clean up. Go ahead and start inviting people who you think Warren would enjoy seeing and being with. I'm thinking we'll have about 20— 25 people. If its more than that — great. Regarding costs of the food, service, etc it seems we'll have 4 — 5 people contributing, which would be about $175 — $200 per person. Lets all start emailing guests.
