I just wish I could do the same for Jessica but as o= yet, they're not budging. On the other hand, they haven'=t been able to foreclose. Wanted to touch base with you about a couple =atters. A client of mine is a very well connected Chinese national w=o has just obtained the exclusive right to purchase the ReMax real estate =aster franchise for all of China, which must be sold only to a Chinese nat=onal. She is working with another immigration lawyer/friend of mine =n an H5 Visa center for Chinese citizens who want to live in the US but wh= must invest in real estate here. She feels the opportunity is huge =nd is looking for someone to loan her 55 million at 8% to be repaid in 5 y=ars. Alternatively, (not her preference but willing to discuss) taki=g on an equity partner in the deal. Do you know of anyone who might =e interested in this type of deal? Also, I'm the president =f the board of the Dunbar Center here in Hobe Sound, which is Martin Count='s only Early Head Start Program. The Republicans in Congress =re pushing to do away with Head Start and funding cutbacks are really star=ing to take a toll on the program here. If you're looking for =ny year end charitable contributions to make, I'd really appreciate =t. Anything you could do would be welcome.
