I have a follow up call scheduled with Jimmy Gould for Monday morning at 10am to discuss the deal, name Jeffrey as the investor, review terms in general -- assuming that timing works for you and Jeffrey -- and make the connection between you and Jimmy to take things forward. Jimmy was enthusiastic about the improving revenue picture (and even volunteered to make a connection to the family that owns Amway to help us with 2011 contracts), and sounded very level-headed about dilutive terms and ready to swallow hard and make this happen.
