Batkin, is Vice Chairman of Eton Park Capital Management, L.P.,a mu=ti-strategy investment firm, and has held such position since 2007. From 1=90 through 20O6, he was Vice Chairman of Kissinger Associates, Inc.,a geop=litical consulting firm that advises multinational companies. From 1972 un=il 1990, Mr. Batkin was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, Inc.,serv=ng 14 years as a Managing Director. In addition to the Corporation, Mr. Ba=kin is a director of two New York Stock Exchange-listed companies: Cantel =edical Corp. and Omnicom Group, Inc. and one NASDAQ quoted company, Hasbro= Inc. During the past five years, Mr. Batkin has been a director of Diamon= Offshore Drilling, Inc. and the boards of the various mutual funds within=the Merrill Lynch IQ Investment Advisors fund complex.
