Bill and I had another session at 71st and hbrk I had wanted to speak with you in person before all connectivity was shut down there ( ie citrix and cisco ) which means new connections through hbrk and ftc ( which will have issues to overcome for sure ) plus mail server, projects server, quickbooks server, exchange server all these services have oceans of data some of which even bill cannot figure out to migrate. But that part of the data you have clearly told me you don't care about ( ie emad and projects ) You made it clear to me you want this stuff turned off and I will do that for you if you want me too Just understand once we do there is no going back. Everyone will be dependent on me to get through the workday monday and beyond EVERYONE. I need to hear from you if that is point blank what you want to happen. I really wanted to explain things so you could make a FINAL call on not only how to turn this off but in what order and make triple sure the downtime as we rebuild is an acceptable byproduct as long as 71st is shutdown completely. This is the reason you hired me and the deadline we last spoke of was March 7th. I do everything in my power to make projects meet deadlines and on most I would just do it, but this is the whole ball of wax and I need reconfirmation in no uncertain terms if you want this completely turned off this second or you feel your direct oversite is needed. ( which is my pref on something this big ) I await your instructions. But to be clear I am ready to act on your decision to the letter. If I don't hear from you I will not act further and return my focus to hbrk mon am. Once we let the old system ride I need at least an 8-10 hour shift at 71st ( bill now not needed ) to redo the work done sat.
