James, =/span> Crissia and I would like to report Marie Ramsay, new Head S=ewardess of M/Y Te Manu for intentional locking their cabin (crew port forw=rd) for Crissia not to get in. We tried to=knock and open it with the spare key but no response and the other key was i= the other side so it can't be open. to her. This h=ppened after crew's drop off dinner where Marie was already unconsciously i=fluenced by alcohol. During that dinner as=well, Marie started to ask weird questions to Crissia that made Crissia to k=ep her silence Marie didn't made t= finish the dinner as she was hardly can walk or even to be awake on the di=ner table. Crissia ended up sleeping in t=e crew mess unhappy. Photo attached as proof in this email=witnessed by the following crew who passed at crew mess 2:30am 23/10/16: Richard Henderson (Chef), he helped Crissia to knock loudly at=their door as we tried to stop him in respect to the other crew sleeping.</=pan> Keiran Buzza (2nd Engineer) and Jordan Bennett (stewardess) a= they just arrived from ashore. We would l=ke to let you know that we want to raise this issue to the management. As Crissia still remembers the harassment of Jo= Johannesen and Debbie Donaghey ( formers Chief Engineer/ 2nd stewardess) t=at left her an emotional trauma, We can see Marie's charact=ristics similar to Debbie when they were influenced by alcohol. <roan> This may be the 1st foul to Marie after 6 weeks of jus= joining the boat but i hope we can follow the rules in regards of the Tole=ance of Alcohol to the fact that she is the officer in charge to its invent=ry and to its dissemination.
