The salvage operation started at 0920 Local time A full 6 hours before informing WYM. When in fact you s=ould have informed the DPA, Bob, as soon as possible after the event=started. We cannot =se your salvage as an exercise as you only called me 6 hours into the salv=ge and that was only for advice on Lloyds open form and handing Game 7 over to the local tug, so as you did not follow IS= procedure we cannot use it as an exercise. Ref the Game7 salvage, Mark Ran=on , the auditor read the Incident reports and e mails and presumed that w= were part of the salvage. As I was not aware of the incident until the following day, I cant log it as an Emergency Respon=e on our side. I didn't bother pointing this out to Mark. We will do=an exercise with Quantum Blue in Norway next week.
