Jeffrey,
I have located the original D contract dated August 21, 2009 that states WAAS GPS (LPV approach)
and XM weather to be included in the price of $12,120,000.00
If I am correct, contrary to what Howard told me on Friday that those items where additions to
contract, this should reduce the price of the D contract to:
current price: $12,340,700.00
less WAAS
98,500.00
less XM weather 27,500.00
total:
$12,214,700.00
(I am waiting for Howard's rebuttal to this findings regarding the WASS and XM weather)
further items that we may elect to install or move at a later time:
-the relocation of lights and switching to over head is: $46,667.00
-cabin ICS system with four Bose headset in passenger compartment: $59,152.00
total for these two items: $105,819.00
if we delete these items from $12,214,700.00
46,667.00 lights and switches in overhead
59,152.00
$12,108,881.00 total
thank you,
Larry V.
this is what I received from Howard Germon, with regard to 0 pricing of separate items:
