Jeffrey,
I spoke to Nicolas, who was in contact with Cleo this evening.
Cleo is in close relations with the Governor , he flys the Governor to St. Croix on a regular basis, according
to Cleo. the governor told Cleo he has first rights to the space if he wants it. Cleo wants $3,000 per month
for storage of the S76 helicopter, this would include the west wall of the hanger to build office and storage
space if desired. We could build the office on stilts, about 14 feet above the hanger floor like Air Center
helicopter did and utilize the entire width of the hanger, so helicopter storage would be partially under the
offices. This is only an estimate, but we would have approximately 16' x 50' feet of office / storage space. I
need to confirm with Cleo. that his price would include Bell and Sikorsky storage, since he raised his price
from $2,500.
Upon our arrival Wednesday, I would Ike to show you the area of Cleo's hanger, so you can see in person
the condition of the area.
Cleo said he would have Port Authority paper work by June 25 for Darren's review, this is still a viable option
if you choose.
thank you,
Larry
