Cassidy airconditioning has been by the house to look at the duct off set which Worth builders would need to enclose. Worth Builders understand the step down to the dock and the duct offset, they are concerned about their outstanding invoices and would like them paid. They are being cooperative but are nervous. I will have a door panel from the paneling on LSJ sent to palm beach to compare with the floor sample. You have to see an actual piece of the wood and not a photo. At the very least, I think that the woodwork needs to be waxed or in some way finished a little more than it is.
