no invoiced amounts for two trips to florida in the amounts of 25.5k and30.75 k, never
happened , amounts you suggest are inaccurate. 2. he suggested that his receipts show only +3290
732 paid to him.. this is in disagreement with your number, 3, he suggested that he notified you in
a letter that 67 hours were owed for 09. 4) he said his total hours were 2737.5 5) He said it is
unethical to discount his fees as a contingency contract in a criminal case is prohibited 5 . He is
unaware that you have requested back up for nov and dec of 06, and says he has provided more
than the three pages of notes from his book, that summarized hours spent.
