We should be breaking ground in Feb. The address is 1710 Crespo Drive, La Jolla (Google it). We are about 1/2 mile from Ted Wait's residence, which is in the LA Jolla Farms area. We are in Country Club area. Should be a great house, which you will be welcome to use when in La Jolla. It will be International Modem in design. The house should be finished by Dec. 2010.
