Larry,
This is great. Need some additional coordinating info. We tentatively
plan to use 11 seats into Haiti, and a number TBD returning to STT. Pax
will each have a carry-on bag (20-25 lbs) and we have a quantity of boxed
medical supplies that need to go. Can you give me an idea of your cargo
capacity? Recommend we stay with our previously discussed time for
equipment loading at 1030 Wed morning; tell me the time you want to board
pax in order to meet the scheduled slot time. Give me the A/C color and
trim details to facilitate our Haiti ground crew identifying the plane.
Contact Jim Wilson (pilot of N888CE, Falcon 2000) at 607-351-8423 for
practical info of interest - he's flown a couple of missions for us and
may have some useful insights. Look forward to meeting you Wed. Best,
David Waller
