plus several others. Wow.
I have to tell you I have heard some decent things about Judge Marra. I think I mentioned middlebrooks was
recused from my case and we now have both Marra and Magistrate Judge Johnson. She just entered a
terrific Order on a motion I filed to make the government pay my attorneys' fees for erroneous and abusive
filings they had made. Never know how they will be in the long run; but good signs so far.
