For initial preliminary research, would it be appropriate to use your name or alternately refer simply to a "serious philanthropic donor who generously supports advance research" ? (My initial go-to person would be Anton Zeilinger of the University of Vienna, --a good friend who is precisely the kind of broad-minded visionary with super worldwide connections for getting started.) 2. Arc we talking about a two-day event, perhaps with an optional welcoming dinner beforehand? 3. To what degree can the purpose for the meeting be described as having philanthropically strategic seriousness, say: involving: meeting, initial looking: a) towards the exploration of possible new interdisciplinary deep insights in a philanthropic research support context, and hence b) possibly a few research support grants being made as follow-up to the (realizing that conventional sources of funding may be problematic in the creation of a highly interdisciplinary high-risk research agenda) and c) towards the possible creation of a formal RFP program if initial vision development looks exciting and worthwhile, and: d) looking to the future possibly involving the cross-training of very highly talented young research leaders at (say) the post-doc level, EFTA_R1_00201323 EFTA01826493 e) but being totally contingent on whether or not there is any "real dynamism" generated via the 2-day meeting. 4. Do you have opinions on the possible ultilization of an "honoring" context and/or an anniversary, for example involving (say) Alan Turing's seminar cryptographic work in 1940 at Bletchley Park 70 years ago ? (...using such situations can be a good positive inducement to the involvement of highly talented people with limited time.) Please let me know what you think via brief replies.
