Do you have opinions on the possible ultilization of an "honoring" context and/or an anniversary, for example involving (say) Alan Turing's seminar cryptographic work in 1940 at Bletchley Park 70 years ago ? (...using such situations can be a good positive inducement to the involvement of highly talented people with limited time.) Please let me know what you think via brief replies.
