To: Cecile de Jongh From: Jeffrey Epstein Sent: Wed 6/17/2009 5:53:14 PM Subject: Re: Harvard Kennedy School Women's Leadership Board I I of course On Wcd, Jun 17, 2009 at I:46 PM, Cecile dc Jongh •< .> wrotc: Hi Jeffrey, In May I attended a meeting of the Harvard Kennedy School Women's Leadership Board and was asked by the Board to join as a permanent member. Carol N. Fulp (she is a VP with John Hancock in Boston) is a board member and she would nominate me. Sponsorship is available through one's place of employment either through a corporate or individual membership. I would like to ask that I be able to join through the sponsorship of FTC. I believe that this would also fulfill our continuing education requirements under the EDC. I have attached the Membership Profile and Nomination Form for your review. As indicated on the form, the annual individual membership fee is $10,000. Please let me know what you think. Best regards, Cecile EFTA_R1_00203771 EFTA01828344
