If we could organi7P, I could speed the schedule considerably. I will not say how much quicker until I get a feel of how we choose to make the operation run on the Master. Silvina & I (with your & Jeffrey's input) can complete the bathroom on a design-as-you-build basis, but if we wait for plans & need to draw each detail, the schedule will be considerably longer. Do we want to handle this on a special basis? All long lead items need to be ordered NOW. These and many other items need to be considered now for a successful and quick build out. We need to order the following NOW: * Shower heads / shower bodies • Faucets * Rob hooks * Towel bars * Lights * Silvina can specify them all and send you & Jeffrey pictures for approval, or is someone else like Pinto going to do this? Which we already have for the most part done for budgeting. I need to order the stone for the floor and walls now, which is Coral stone. ( this will take 4 weeks) I also need to order for the inside stone of the steam room, which should be marble or granite. I need to put the doors and windows into production now. ( this is a 6 to 7 week lead time, we could start installing as soon as they are received.) * The existing vanities are exactly the same ones we are building only 6" longer. Can we reuse the vanities? Save time and money. * The doors need to go into production. I have review and received pricing but we will need to get approvals. We could reuse the shower doors, which are in excellent shape. We need to order the wood for the ceiling and roof We need to order all the roof material Without an approved budget, New York will not cut checks to make this move, unless Jeffrey says so. Lots of questions...., perhaps you can review on your visit the condition of the items and scope and shed some light on how we attack. If we want to fast track this, we will need to follow some guidelines. We have the ways and means to build this efficiently and fast. Your comments would be helpful.
