This is specifically what the VI PA needs to know:
1. Description of V. I. Port Authority Area Property being requested for lease.
2. Requested Use of Property: List all Activities or Business Functions to Occur at
Premises (fully describe the activities).
3. Objectives (clearly and concisely indicate what is intended to be accomplished.)
4.
Experience (Describe extent, including duration, of business experience with
emphasis on proposed type of business or activity; Detail the experience of
management or proposed management personnel.)
5.
Estimated size of space requested / How much space (i.e., sq. ft., acres, etc.) is
required for operations or in accordance with zoning law?
6. Describe proposed improvements, type(s) of construction and required utilities
and/or amenities -- Attach appropriate drawings and/or maps
7. Estimated Costs of Investment - Labor, Improvements, Building
8. Projected Work Plan and Timetable (including anticipated start and completion
dates)
