tell her we would like to do buisnesss,m however her terms are too harsh„ no selecting. no
tagging no returns „ for this purchase we want a 40% discount to retail. we will take the original
order for 80- all for 40, that is what she said she wanted „ we will wire her the money in two
days. it makes little sense to take so many things we really don't need.. you should also decide on
what it is we really want. sea grapes. ground cover etc

Good Afternoon,
True to her word, Ms. Vaccarino responded to the offer you instructed me to make her on
Friday after considering her options over the weekend.
As you instructed I offered her $40,000 for what she had left to sell take it or leave it!
Please review her attached invoice and let me know how to proceed.
Thank You,
Igala Joseph

Subject: revised plant sale invoice
Hello Igala
Thank you for your visit to the nursery last week. Since you said that the owner
is only willing to invest $40,000 in the plants we have available to sell, we revised
the plant list to match his desire. As you see, the total with a 15% discount on
the original retail price is now within that figure.
We have 6 clients now ordering plants and have a lot of shipping to do. We do not want
EFTA_R1_00218094

to lose potential orders by keeping plants on hold too long and need a response
and commitment with a a wire or check within a week from today if you wish to
guarantee the plants.
Thank you for your interest. We would be glad to assist in anything needed for
coordinating shipment and instructions on how to properly plant these plants,
should you need advice.
Regards
