To: Peggy Siegal From: Jeffrey Epstein Sent Sun 3/6/2011 9:05:08 PM you can tell her on BACKROUND that I made a clumsy statement that was taken out of context. I was attempting to explain the fact that as my crime was sex for money, therefore the crime carries with it the less severe designation of an Offender. as opposed to the more sever designation of a Predator. In response to why are there different levels of designation , I said like in the criminal system there are different crimes with different punishment.s Crimes that range from stealing a bagel to murder / I regret the misunderstanding, There is not a day that goes by that i don't regret some of the decisons of the past. However, i have served time in jail and was hoping to get on with my science philanthopy. with the hope that one day a breakthrough discover could have a positive impact on society, *********************************************************** The information contained in this communication is confidential, may be attorney-client privileged, may constitute inside information, and is intended only for the use of the addressee.
