Gentlemen,
The right gear is completed and will be shipped today. We should receive this by Monday.
The left gear is in the machine shop, they have performed an NOT of the effected area and it appears there is
enough material to remove the corrosion and remain within limits. They will proceed this weekend with the
machining and check the remaining thickness again on Monday and get engineering involved for approval as
well. There is still a good chance the corrosion is beyond acceptable limits. I should have an answer no later that
Tuesday on this gear leg.
Everything else is just about wrapped up.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.
Have a great weekend!
Best Regards
