Dear Jeffrey,
I hope all has been well and the new year has been kind to you thus far. Larry V. and
I have been reviewing the upcoming duelist for N909JE. There are 72mo.,36mo and
some 24mo. items coming due shortly. We looked at trying to extend the
requirements into March but can not do to the previous sign-off dates and magnitude
of the workscope. Some of the items will already be utilizing the 15 day tolerance to
allow us to align the package. I hope that this does not interfere significantly with
your flying schedule. The drop dead date is February 29th, although if the aircraft
was en route to the maintenance facility early March 1st this would be acceptable.
The scheduled down time is 3 weeks and we will do all possible to keep it at this or
shorter.
Best Regards,
Larry
