As of today, Ferreras' office confirmed with me that a copy of the CZM permit was forwarded to Mr. Blyden @ DPNR per his request yesterday. He gave a timeline for completion of review & signature of the Guest Cottage Permit by close of buisness on Thursday January 19 of next week. My understanding is that DPNR only does sign offs on permits on Thursdays, and according to Mr. Blyden the Guest Cottage Permit is not on for signature today.
