I agree. I will find time . In order that it is most productive, a call with you and dick prior to our
face to face , where you both might lay out the more problematic issues , giving me time to
consider alternatives, may accelerate the process . it's going to be fun

Thanks. We are thinking there will be between 4-6 of us. Unfortunately I think next
week is too soon, so we should look for a day in the new year. I will come back to you
with a date after the 10th of January that works with people here to see if it works for
you - I also think in-person would be much better than a call. Let me know as your
schedule solidifies. Thanks!

Hi Jeffrey — I hope you had a good Thanksgiving.
I wanted to follow up on your conversation with Boris yesterday about setting up
a "white board" session between you and our team.
I understand you are out of the country the week of the 196. Will you be in NY

the week of Jan 2, and if so, would you be willing to spend some time with us
thinking through some of the ideas we discussed?
Thanks very much,
Gabrielle
