The flight is about 17.5 hours and would be the most comfortable...you can fly 1st class on both legs. Air France would fly you from Baku to Paris on Azerbaijan Airlines in Business Class..then from Paris to NY you fly Air France on 1st class...about 17 hours. Turkish Air would fly thru Istanbul...about 16 hours...
