I took four boxes of files, income tax returns, all the trusts etc and delivered it to Phillip Michael's yesterday. lie tried not to stnile...but I know he was impressed. Ile is sending my brother a letter shortly. Ile says if we went to court, I would have a 99% chance of winning. We are not going to court. I said, "I want it all?. Ile said I can't do that. We will make a deal. Not only did my mother invade my father's trust, she gave all the money to my brother....and he was the co-trustee of the trust. It's all in the files. In her handwriting and legal papers. It's just astounding. Do I need a tax accountant? Lawyer told me to put all the jewelry in a safe...should I just take it all out of the house and put in a safe deposit box...or a safe in the apartment?
