There is some change that I would like to announce. As you know Mr. Epstein is cutting sugar from his diet as much as possible. Besides reducing sweets such as cookies, ice cream and so on, he would like to have healthy cooked food (not heavily fried or breaded) at the houses. The other thing he would like to change is the size of his muffins. Lynn an ould you please next time you bake the muffins for Mr. Epstein, make them smaller in size. your muffin proportions are good; however, they should have no brown sugar on the top. Thank you.
