a) Herbert Rose - (located in Long Island City) - $117,500 b) West NY - (located in Bronx) - $149,050
c) AM&G Waterproofing (located in Brooklyn) - $170,000
Their bids are outlined in summary below.
The last cycle for local law 2005/2006 we had minimal work required which amounted to
11,702.86.
We hired Herbert Rose to perform this work.
We also hired Herbert Rose for the local law 11 cycle 2001/2002 which totaled 116,900.
Please advise.
