I don't think he's financially capable of puling that one off, but could hinder us gaining control,. Nicolas said he is going to fwd you and I the Profit and Loss of he put together for Rod's operation, plus 4 scenario's tonight for your consideration. #1 use your Bell 407 on charter in STT with Nicolas operating under Maria's charter. #2 Nicolas would purchase a Robinson R44 piston 4 seater ($204,000.00) helicopter and try to start a business and lease hanger space from us. (he knows high line clients will not charter a piston helicpter). #3 combination of 1 and 2 #4 Air Center tries to continue to operate with one Long Ranger and sub- lease 1/3 of hanger from us with reduced work force.
