Jeffrey,
Yes I agree on epoxy for hanger floor,. I'll locate color samples for you.
I had an interesting conversation with Nicolas today,.he was bordering on threatening us.
He told me that Maria was putting her name on the list to get Air Center's hanger also, if we didn't agree to
sub-lease space to him, he continued to say, even with Cecile's help and power, that the port would have to
vote on next tenant, Nicola's angle to Port Authority, "operate a commercial helicopter service in SIT",
which will sway Port Authority to give him the hanger according to him. He said that Air Center has till May
31st to retract the Non-renewal notice and Nicolas is trying to cut a deal with Rod this weekend to sub-lease
from Air Center and not terminate the lease and maintain control of the hanger as a back up plan. I don't
think he's financially capable of puling that one off, but could hinder us gaining control,.
Nicolas said he is going to fwd you and I the Profit and Loss of he put together for Rod's operation, plus 4
scenario's tonight for your consideration.
#1 use your Bell 407 on charter in STT with Nicolas operating under Maria's charter.
#2 Nicolas would purchase a Robinson R44 piston 4 seater ($204,000.00) helicopter and try to start a
business and lease hanger space from us. (he knows high line clients will not charter a piston helicpter).
#3 combination of 1 and 2
#4 Air Center tries to continue to operate with one Long Ranger and sub- lease 1/3 of hanger from us with
reduced work force.
I will fwd his email once I receive it tonight,.
thanks,
Larry
