LSJ hired the truck and he was told the cargo was cleared and to be there 1st thing in the morning and he got there and the cargo was not cleared and he contacted LSJ and they told him they were working on clearing the cargo and he ended up waiting at Tropical for 4 hours before the cargo was cleared. LSJ should not be dispatching a truck until they know the cargo has been cleared. This bill had 16 pick up runs and the total is $4,487.50 Please advise if your ok with the above.
