My lawyer only said we had a case. He never presented it. never was asked for a documnet or asked for details. I told her the fund offered 55 million. she thought that was good. she obvcioulsy did not know that they had offered the same all along.. THIS IS WRONGIIII I She said that the money for highbridge, had been comong out at a rate since the begiingnin of 05. she , had not seen the facts.,nor knew the numbers, . I m concerned.
