To: Cc: From: Sent: Fri 4/22/2011 4:15:03 PM Subject: Bell Jeffrey, Nicolas at Air Center is down to one helicopter in STT, he is asking again, if you want to let Air Center charter/use the Bell 407 in STT, he also said, Maria is trying to start a charter business with Helicopters in STT, Not sure how he can accomplish that, with a right to compete against Air Center,. (I have mentioned before, I don't trust him). I told him insurance cost would increase to operate FAR135 compared to FAR91, since we are paying minimal for ground insurance at this point, if we go Charter rates for insurance, I told Nicolas he would start with an estimated $40K+ additional cost to carry charter insurance. I have requested insurance price for Bell for both, Charter ops, and your private use,.
