My role is to introduce high net worth, family offices or hedgies that trade in equities, metals etc. Sunrise will contract with Ellmax to pay 25% share of all revenues. Simple example of upside for me and for them: you are a client who trades equities - they (Sunrise) will charge you 5bps versus typically 20bps or in any event higher than 5bps! Sunrise will split the 5bps with me 75/25. So your introductions may save 15bps per $1 and you will receive personally 1.25bps per $.
