yesterday the judge in the apple patent case tossed the jury verdict„ fro 650 mullion to zero..
nathans co value, i would sugggest was just decimated , first nuclear now patents.. It said the
infringment had to be willful]. the steps had to be similar testing had to be done, even if it were
offered to the customer, it would not be hold, as it is not forced on the person.. It is a crazy , co
friendly decison , but puts patent litigation back twenty years.
