This depends on a transaction that needs to take place (hopefully short term) to sell real estate, meaning I'm depending on other people. To dissolve the loan agreement, I still have to write a few things on paper. I will discuss this with Frank and email it to you so you and I can sign it and everything can be properly done and we don't owe each other anymore. I also rather have it done sooner then later.
