To: Sultan Bin Sulayem From: Jeffrey Epstein Sent Fri 7/27/2012 11:55:20 AM based on reports of hearing Karim Wade, former minister of state, and Thiemo Ousmane Sy, former advisor Ntic the deposed president Abdoulaye Wade, Aminata Toure, the Minister of Justice, sent a letter to Alioune Ndaw, prosecutor at the Court of repression of illicit enrichment, asking him to open proceedings against both men. In his correspondence, the Minister of Justice asked Mr. Ndaw exercise due diligence in the court rules as soon as possible on these two issues. Based on these written instructions, the prosecutor has established formal notices that are about to be sent to Karim Wade and Thiemo Ousmane Sy. The respective son of former President and former Minister of Justice will, through these acts, be asked to bring proof of the legal origin of their assets identified in Senegal and around the world .
