As an FYI, almost exactly one year ago, a 24 carat pink diamond sold at auction for 40 million dollars. (goodie it). This is a great asset for a mega wealthy man to have and diversify his assets in the event of a global economic collapse because it be easily transported and easily liquidated, particularly for the numbers we are talking.
