If we keep 4M, it will need new bathroom, floors refinished, painted, new appliances and some new furniture, not all. I'm having Anthony go in today and do another smell test to access the situation. Please note 8H and 1OF are not complete; still waiting for furniture input of Karyna and Sue. I know Karyna has ordered some furniture and she is going to send me the updated costs and what has been ordered so far. I will add once I receive this.
