In the future if you want to erect the building we would need a stamped pad plan by govt. We can skip that if you want. Tom had said there are drafting services in STT that could draw a simple plan. The labor figure is using Tom's construction crew, plus a few more workers that they need on the days they pour cement. I will get Tom to give a breakdown.
