Attached is the quote we spoke about. I did not quote replacing the damaged deck with tile, I only quoted stained stamped concrete. My reason for this that I cannot (in good conscious) quote the same thing that was done because in my opinion it was flawed from the beginning. I believe if we were to replace with like (Tile) you will end up in the exact situation again. The concrete option will be watertight and have the longevity I assume the owner is looking for.
