No comment from them yet on the % they want, I expect they want more. My issue: I still have $6m. We are ahead of plan. We will probably reach revenue stage in July 2013. To be able to reach revenue and grow quickly in 2013 I need additional $5m, but not $29m. Maybe I can do big pre-IPO round next next year once I proof revenue model ?
