You will note that the permit allows for a "double screw anchor for the moorings. We believe that it is customary to have three (3) screws in a triangular pattern to provide the most strength in different wind conditions. Would LSJ, LLC need to apply for another permit or an amended permit in order to install a third screw? Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
