We've gotten part of the way there. AIF IV Mgmt Inc was originally the GP of Apollo Mgmt IV LP. On
5/30/07 (time of the Apollo rollup)the GP interests were converted to LP interests and Apollo Mgmt
LP became the GP of Apollo IV. The info we still need to get relates to values. One might assume the
GP interest had nominal or no value but because AIF IV Mgmt Inc received distributions fro Apollo
Mgmt IV (which it used to pay the premiums in the days before May '07) we need to at least check as
if that is or is not the case.
