I am doing everything to get the heli to STT this weekend and be able to fly wit Dean! the delay is locating a tail rotor bear seal, part is back ordered from Bell's vendor, I am making calls to locate this bearing seal from other operators around the country. There is a parted out Bell 430 in Dallas I'm trying to have them remove this bearing seal in good condition and ship to me via counter to counter today,. long shot. its not looking good in my opinion, Bell has been trying to source this part for 10 days now,.and expect delivery early next week. I am disgusted with Bell in Fort Lauderdale, every time I have maintenance completed at this facility they never adhere to a reasonable completion date. the main wheels are a minor issue, I can defer this item and change a later date once rims are located, I may be able to purchase the wheels off the parted out Heli in Dallas also.. more update later today In a message dated 4/10/2013 9:06:39 P.M.
