Given positional nature and leakage it sounds like low pressure csf headache. And she may have a small
subdural or hygroma. Could be some other things and it might make sense to get another
neuroradiologist to read films.
She also needs a spinal tap.
Has anyone tested the fluid from her nose? Is it blood or csf or both? Ask her to drip the leakage onto a
brown paper napkin. And see if it looks like a drop or a target (with concentric rings). Sort of like a poor
mans HPLC. If she has csf leakage from orbitofrontal olfactory turbinates ENT best.
