Larry, Here is the response from the operator of the King Air; In order to keep the cabin at Sea Level, we have to fly the plane at 15,500ft It will burn more fuel thus upping the price, but not by much. Difference is about 100gal per hour versus 115 or 120 at a lower altitude. If he would be fine with 2000ft above sea level cabin pressure, we can fly at a higher altitude such as 21,000ft.
